Terms of Use

Last updated: July 19, 2026

By using Claimelo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Informational purposes only — not legal advice

Everything on this site — calculators, settlement ranges, state law summaries, and guides — is general information, not legal advice, and is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Laws change and vary by state and by facts; nothing here applies your state's law to your specific situation. Do not act or refrain from acting based on this site without consulting a licensed attorney in your state.

2. No attorney-client relationship

Claimelo is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not endorse or vouch for any particular attorney. Using this site, running a calculator, or submitting a case review request does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney until you and that attorney sign a written engagement agreement.

3. Attorney advertising and how we are paid

This site constitutes attorney advertising. When you submit a case review request, we transmit it to participating attorneys or attorney-matching networks, who pay us for the introduction. This does not change what you pay an attorney. Participating attorneys are solely responsible for their own advertising compliance and legal services.

4. Estimates are not promises

Calculator outputs and published settlement ranges are educational estimates built from public and industry sources. They are not a valuation of your claim, not a guarantee of any recovery, and not an offer. Actual outcomes depend on evidence, insurance coverage, venue, negotiation, and many factors no calculator can capture.

5. Time limits are real

Every claim is subject to deadlines (statutes of limitations and notice requirements) that can permanently bar recovery. Deadline information on this site is general and may not reflect recent changes or exceptions that apply to you. Do not rely on this site to calculate your deadline.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape lead forms, submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claimelo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
