Claimelo ("we," "us") operates this website to help accident victims understand the potential value of their claims and, when requested, to connect them with participating personal injury attorneys. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. The short version: we only collect what you type into our forms plus standard analytics, and we only share your case review request with attorneys or attorney networks so they can contact you — because that is exactly what you asked us to do.

Information we collect

• Case review requests. When you submit our free case review form we collect: accident type, accident date, state, whether you received medical treatment, fault circumstances, whether you already have an attorney, your name, phone number, and email address. We intentionally do not collect detailed medical records or diagnoses — case category only.
• Consent records. The date, time, page, and wording of the consent you give (including TCPA consent to be contacted), and where available an independent certificate of consent (e.g., TrustedForm) that documents your submission.
• Technical data. The page you came from, campaign parameters (UTM), browser user-agent, and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible). We do not run third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To transmit your case review request to one or more participating attorneys or attorney-matching networks so they can evaluate your case and contact you.
• To verify, document, and honor your consent choices.
• To operate, secure, and improve the site (aggregate analytics only).

Who we share it with

When you submit a case review request, we share it with participating personal injury attorneys and/or legal marketing networks that match consumers with attorneys (for example, attorney lead networks we contract with). They are required to use your information to evaluate and respond to your request. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) consent

Submitting the case review form with the consent box checked constitutes your express written consent to be contacted by phone, text message (SMS), or email by us and by participating attorneys or their agents, including via automated technology and prerecorded messages, at the number you provided — even if that number is on a Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts or emailing us at the address below.

Your choices and rights

• Access / deletion. Email us to request a copy or deletion of the information you submitted.
• Revoke consent. Reply STOP to any text, or email us; we will pass the revocation to any attorney who received your request.
• State privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, opt-out of "sale"/"sharing"). We honor verified requests regardless of your state.

Data retention and security

Case review requests are stored in access-controlled infrastructure and retained only as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them for, plus any period required to document consent under applicable law. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to lead data.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
